About us

DeskRelay is operated by Knowledge Studio LLC, a Texas limited liability company. DeskRelay is its productised AI front-desk widget for activity-leisure businesses, including climbing gyms, ninja warrior gyms, gymnastics studios, soft play centers, and indoor activity centers. The widget answers customer inquiries on the operator's website and routes them to the right booking.

deskrelay.app is the public marketing and sales site for DeskRelay. It includes live widget demos on each segment page (connected to per-client knowledge bases for demonstration) and a contact form for prospective operators.

Acceptable use

You may use the website and live widget demos for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or probe the widget or site for vulnerabilities.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
• Submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or intended to manipulate AI outputs.
• Attempt to bypass technical protections or rate limits.

We reserve the right to block access from any source misusing the service.

AI widget disclaimer

The live widget demos on this site use large language models to generate responses. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. The widgets are provided for informational and demonstrational purposes only.

We make no warranty that widget outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Where a widget is configured against a specific operator's knowledge base for demonstration, the answers reflect that operator's information at the time of training and may not be current.

No client relationship

Use of this website does not create a client, advisor, or consulting relationship between you and Knowledge Studio LLC or DeskRelay. Such a relationship is only established through a signed written agreement between us.
