Who operates this site

DeskRelay is operated by Knowledge Studio LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and deskrelay.app is its marketing and sales website. These Terms cover your use of this website — its pages, the interactive demos, and the contact form.

These Terms are not a service agreement. Any engagement to build or provide DeskRelay for a business is set out separately in its own signed contract.

Acceptable use

You may use the website and its interactive demos for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or probe DeskRelay or the site for vulnerabilities.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
• Submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or intended to manipulate the site's assistant.
• Attempt to bypass technical protections or rate limits.

We reserve the right to block access from any source misusing the service.

Interactive demos and assistant

The interactive demos on this site are illustrative, pre-prepared examples that play set conversations to show how DeskRelay works. They are not live and are not an account of any particular business.

This site also has a DeskRelay assistant you can chat with about DeskRelay. Its answers are for general information; for anything specific to your business, please book a call.

Intellectual property

All content on deskrelay.app, including text, graphics, logos, the DeskRelay software, and underlying systems, is owned by Knowledge Studio LLC (trading as DeskRelay) or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission.

Any content you submit to us through the contact form or DeskRelay remains yours, but you grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you.

No client relationship

Use of this website does not create a client, advisor, or consulting relationship between you and Knowledge Studio LLC or DeskRelay. Such a relationship is only established through a signed written agreement between us.

Unsolicited submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, or proposals through the contact form or by email without a pre-existing confidentiality agreement, we will treat those submissions as non-confidential. We may use them without obligation or compensation unless we have separately agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the website and DeskRelay on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or DeskRelay.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to USD $100 or the equivalent in your local currency.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (including the booking pages of demo client operators). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
